Is “Combine Points” broken for anyone else at the moment?
I am trying to transfer from my Ink Cash to my CSR, as I have done for years every month. For the last few days it fails with ”We are unable to move points at this time. Please try again later. If the error persists, please call the number on the back of your card.” |

My personal Chase web account automatically transitioned to the new number, but I just realized that my Ink account still shows the old card’s four digits as the transfer target. So I bet that’s why it’s failing. Will try to add my new card…. |

You'll be out of luck. I also had to replace my CSR, due to a charge I didn't recognize, and since then there's been no option to add the new card on the Ultimate Rewards page. I have to call in every month to get the points transferred.

I've asked customer service each time I've called in to combine points and they've never been able to do it.

I was just able to combine points to CSR from my Chase Business Preferred card. I read this and panicked for a minute as I keep expecting Chase to stop allowing this. I put +/- 15K per month on my business card and the extra 25% bonus with the CSR sure is nice.

The ability to combine points hasn't changed, but the customer service people I've talked to each time have said doing it online has temporary issues they're working to fix. I have my doubts about the last four words of that sentence.
