The Club Card doesn't have a mileage bonus for opening. So, no, you can't get 50k from it.

hhooo boy, i missed that. no club card for me. most all of our travel is tatl in biz class (using points), and club comes with the ticket. we'll live without the few Y flights with no club. course, iad rcc clubs are absolutely no thrill. only value is to get front desk to fix tickets if there is a problem.

I'm sorry if this was answered in the thread before, I can't find it.

But I just applied for Ink Bold after applying for CSP in 9/12 and United 2 weeks ago. I got "pending further review" message after I submitted my app.

I tried calling 800-432-3117, but the guy told me that they can't do anything since my app wasn't denied and that I will have to wait 10 days for decision via mail.

Is this true?

Is there a rule against applying to two chase business cards on the same day? I am looking at the ink bold and ink plus cards. I have a business that needs business cards to easier track certain types of spending.

Moving credit line at time of cancellation

Never cancel Chase cards before applying. Hold on to them to use as a bargaining tool. You can always downgrade them to a free card so you don't get hit with fees, then just hold onto it incase.

Chase has generally been willing to move the credit line on a card I want to cancel to one I want to keep.

So there has been no need to keep a card, or a downgraded version of it, just to keep the credit line.

I think you have a slim chance of getting both the Ink cards approved. Many people have both Ink cards, but they don't apply for both at the same time. It's hard to convince the lending specialist to approve both.

My wife applied for the Chase Marriott Premiere card and got approved with the pop up window but never received an e-mail confirmation.

Should she call in or is all good?

That's what I meant. Don't cancel it before you apply, just in case you have to call re-consideration you can do what you just said. Worst case, if you want to cancel it, you can just move the credit over and cancel it then.

I have never gotten a confirmation email from chase. The new card generally shows up within a few hours when I login.

Thanks. New to Chase so no current login and password.

2. Yes. Different products = different bonuses.

I thought this stopped?

For the Marriott card, it generally takes a few extra days as they seem to do a validation process. I want to say I could see the 15 "elite" nights and the certificate in my Marriott account several days before I got the card from chase. So if you put a Marriott # in the application, check there.

So, i got my United MileagePlus card and spent 1k and paid it off already.

My statement closes end of Feb. Will i only get my 50k miles then or can i expedite it?

Anyone had success calling chase about this?

I haven't heard of anyone being able to expedite it to get their points before their statement closed. I did read about a couple of people who tried to move their statement date to do this, but it ended up backfiring on them because it moved the statement date back instead of sooner, so they got their points even later than they would have.
