Ceviche in Panama City?
Have a 22 hour layover in Panama City from 526 pm to 325 pm the next day. What's a good place for ceviche?

A quick r/t to Lima?
I've lived here more than a decade, and I've never heard anyone recommend any particular vendor's ceviche. The locals seem to love the Mercado de Mariscos, downtown along the waterfront.

I think anyone who appreciates peruvian ceviche will be disappointed in Panama. Ceviche is relatively popular here, but aside from people making an event of going to the Mercado de Mariscos, there is no outstanding place.
