When always flying D/I on "from-outport" tickets , flying alone, don't want to gamble on upgrade availability, then up to and including MPC GO is of pretty low value (unless you want to haul around 55kg luggage).
The only interesting value I can think of, is the non-published and presumed slightly better treatment when encountering IROPS situations.
When flying economy, yep, all the perks can be really valuable.
