Asia Miles on BA Trans-Atlantic flights

Per Asia Miles' website, flying with BA on discounted economy will net me 50% of actual miles flown.

Considering that BAEC only credits me with 25% of actual miles flown in discount economy, Asia Miles looks like the way to go! Am I confused?

No, you're not. What's even better, Asia Miles can be used to upgrade BA flights as well.

If you fly enough for Silver make sure you sign up for MPO so you can accumulate club miles as well.
