Problems booking on CX.com?

Problems booking on CX.com?

Anyone else having consistent problems booking on CX.com? I get a message (IBE_BUS_1107_RSR_FARE) that says "Flight is not available for your selected itinerary. Please re-select." It's not just for CX, KA's site was doing it as well. I tried both Firefox and IE, both logged in and not logged in. Many destinations tried (Beijing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Shanghai) on both CX and KA's site, all the same response (it puts the "From" box in red color). Am I the only one?

Probably best to call the e-service center to find out what's going on.

I have that problem alot....in the end I just call up the reservations directly and issue the ticket.....but dont get to enjoy the online bonus points.......
