Hi All,
I found something strange in the web site of CX.
I am trying to book a F flight from HKG to TPE on 02 April 08
I found the following option:
CX470 HKG 17:45 TPE 19:25 0 01:40 773 eTicket - Available
However when I press on the 773 hyper link it opens a description of a plane that does NOT HAVE A FIRST CLASS at all.
Can you please explain to me what is correct?
Is it a 773ER which has 3 class or really a 773 which is only 2 class?
If it is a 2 class how come I can book a First class ticket?
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

The Hyper link to seatmaps are outdated. that i know for a fact. you get the same problem when making jfk-hkg bookings.
im not sure CX is flying the ER to taiwan?
now let me swing off topic:
Save the money and fly in Y. the flight is too short to make any difference whether in Y , J or F. just my own opinion.

Yes it is a part of a longer trip... But still I wonder will I get the fabulous 773ER for this short trip? Why is there is this discrepancy in the CX web site? Anyone know what is the correct plane and is there really a F class on this flight?

OP,
I just tried to do some dummy bookings, and the 773 available on hkg-tpe is indeed the new 773. I know because the F available had only 6 seats.
I think its a case of old hyperlinked seatmaps. The 773 should be available.

I wish they will fix these hyperlinks as they are very confusing (I sent CX an email - Got no response).
