Save the money and fly in Y. the flight is too short to make any difference whether in Y , J or F. just my own opinion.
Is it part of a longer trip? Just like I class tickets ex TPE is "significantly" cheaper than ex HKG tix. Looking at TPE-HKG alone would make it look stupid tho.
