I have photos of the meals I selected in business YVR-HKG May 16, and HKG-SIN May 18, linked below, for anyone that wants to take a look. Excellent service on both flights, and Cathay stills ranks as my favorite carrier. Don't have the ability to scan while I'm traveling, so earliest I can get a menu up would be June 1.
