serious IT issues

My my, CX has some serious IT issues to work on - after all these years! I booked an upgrade on the website last week, site shows availability on my dates, all fine. I decided to call MPC to complete the booking because of some other matter, and MPC tells me there are no upgrades for those dates and the web site QUOTE "is wrong and always out of synch anyway. You shouldn't use it." UNQUOTE go figure.

I do agree that it has always been out of sync in the past, but I find that it's improved when I used it recently.
Wanted to book award. Check availability on web. Also checked for other days. **surprise, surprise
** what the web site says "available" is actually available through CSR, and even more interesting, what the web say "unavailable" is actually unavailable.
So it's a reliable tool. I grabbed seats that just opened (been unavailable for entire July), and after I took it, it's gone again.
