I do agree that it has always been out of sync in the past, but I find that it's improved when I used it recently.

Wanted to book award. Check availability on web. Also checked for other days. **surprise, surprise ** what the web site says "available" is actually available through CSR, and even more interesting, what the web say "unavailable" is actually unavailable.

So it's a reliable tool. I grabbed seats that just opened (been unavailable for entire July), and after I took it, it's gone again.
