There's only one week left until 22 April, does anyone have any information?

I’m in Pier first. The ambassador said it would open on 20 something, not confirmed yet. I said people said it would open on 22. She answered hope it would not delay.., It seems there is still uncertainty. We will see

Great - the Bridge was overflowing last night at 11PM. Too much. Too many habibis.

Fly Me To The Moon Apr 18, 2026 7:11 am

Took a flight to TPE this afternoon, and used the App to book at neck massage at Pier First. The App now lists two locations “Pier, First” and “Wing, First”. However, all the time slots for “Wing, First” are “not available”. I think the Wing should come online soon.

Will find out later today if there is any embargo on coverage from tomorrow’s media tour. The actual opening date/time remains under embargo for now, as far as I know.

I can confirm Wing First will be opened on 22 April. I am flying out that morning and massage booking for Wing First is available.

New Wing F

can’t post pics here from lounge so here’s a link

Prepare to be wowed away - The Wing First is like The Pier First but truly 'elevated', leans more into that 'understated luxury' residential vibe. More pics and details to come.

Will The Deck be available already to non-Diamonds?

GeneralTalker1030 Apr 20, 2026 12:21 am

On a temporary basis, access to The Wing, First is currently available to the following passengers:

• Cathay Diamond members and above travelling on any flight operated by a oneworld member airline.

• First class customers travelling on a Cathay Pacific-operated flight.

• SCB Cathay Mastercard First class lounge pass holders.

oneworld Emerald members and First class customers travelling on other oneworld airlines are invited to visit The Pier, First or other Cathay and oneworld lounges at Hong Kong International Airport.

Strange their allowing SCB lounge pass holders but not Emerald (which although I'm DM, I do acknowledge most Emeralds need to actually travel on ow flights in order to attain status, compared to SCB holders)

Because SCB holders directly give CX money? Or the deal made with SCB made access to all FCL lounges compulsory.
