Crew was shockingly bad. Two pursers serving my aisle were like chachaantang staff, placing items and collecting stuff without much interaction. Not rude but totally unpolished. They definitely need retraining on language of service delivery. ISM did greet once but then busy serving the port-side aisle, so I did not have a chance to provide feedback right away. |

345/347<02/26> ------------------------------------------------------- The plane overnighted in Beijing beforehand and hence the meal should be catered in Beijing. I feel Beijing kitchen struggled with bakery and dim sum. They both looked sad. The plane went MX right after start of pushback and eventally led to 1.5 hr delay. Cabin crew were outstanding though. Since I missed my connection (and the pre-ordered CX specialty salmon meal on the subsequent flight), I was auto-protected on alternative flight but timing was bad. ISM helped me without hesitation and paged ground staff to accommodate me on another flight. So delay recovery had been excellent. |

It was quite nice and so kudos to CX for trying. This flight has a better menu than other regional flights, offering clay pot rice as an additional signature item. |
