Advice on this error message?
This is on a fairly simple HKG/SYD/BNE/HKG redemption.
Any suggestions on why this might be happening? Availability is showing on all three legs. CX for the two long hauls and QF for the internal.

For redemptions you can only have max 2 legs, with a tensor of <24hr between them

E.g. in Y that's 9000*2 = 18000AM
or you can do something like KUL>HKG>TPE, with a transit of <24hr
in Y that's 9000AM only

Ok thanks. I did HKG-SYD and BNE-HKG with CX. Cash price HKD78,000 or 116k miles business. No brainer. Did the SYD-BNE on a separate ticket.
