Checked Baggage Confusion
I recently booked a flight for my girlfriend and I to HKG from LHR and cannot work out the baggage allowance at all.
I am Oneworld Sapphire, she has no status. I booked the tickets in Economy Light (Q out, N on the return).
On the baggage allowance calculator on the website, it says this should allow 2 pieces of checked baggage. But after booking, the email summary it looks like the attached image, says 'Checked Luggage NOT ALLOWED'
On the E-ticket itself, it says 'Baggage Policy LHRHKG 1st Checked Bag: Free of Charge'
Further down it lists additional baggage as a oneworld emerald status member.
Do I have 0 checked baggage or... lots of checked baggage?

This must be an error on the website. There is no Cathay Pacific fare that does not offer baggage allowance.
If the ticket is Economy Light and you are oneworld Sapphire, then you will get 2 x 23kgs and your girlfriend will get 1 x 23kgs of free checked baggage.

The email your linked has clearly a bug.
As per your eTicket you are allowed 1 bag per person.
Then your OWS status, if valid at time of travel, grants you an additional bag.
