CX redemption partner QF its still there?

CX redemption partner QF its still there?
Hi I am looking for try Qantas for Finnair on SIN-SYD (QF291, QF292) / BKK-SYD (QF295,QF296) routes or vice versa, on J class.
However, since I would like to redeem it by points and only have Asia Miles in this case, I only can rely on Cathay pacific award partner redemption.
I tried to look up at Cathay website for redemption, but I dont find QF flight on J, only MH and BA, and also CX that always appeared upon my search.
Is it Qantas dont open the award redemption anymore via Cathay? What usually times of the award releases?

Have you looked on the QF web site to check if awards are available about the dates you want to travel?
When do you want to travel?
1 passenger?

And I think Qantas likes filling up seats by upgrades
I flew out on QF11 F in Jun 2023, and returned same day on AA73 Qantas First - Reward Space Between SYD & LAX
When I redeemed, QF11 F was 5 of 14 filled on my day.
It was 14 of 14 on doors close. I observed at least 4 cleared upgrade/opup BPs on the check in desk when I was led through.
