What are the fares in Y on these flights relative to competitors? If CX is running them anyway to cater to J demand why not lower fares a bit to fill up the back and up the profit potential of each flight?
There's actually lots of potential demand from Indian tourists given HK is one of the very few visa free destinations they have available (well pre-registration is a requirement, but it's very quick and online and 90% acceptance rate.)

I thought India flights' attractiveness was flying Indian-Americans to/from the United States. O&D isn't that much?

The HKG-BLR was on an A350; MAA-HKG is showing as A330.

Unless CX wants to retire all thier A350-1000, 777-300 and 777-300ER (that's around 45% of their current fleet) abruptly from 31 March, I'm pretty sure 333 and 359 are just placeholders.

Like someone had said previously, I don't see a single flight on the timetable beginning April 1st operated by 35Ks. very minimal being operated by 77Ws and not a single one by the 773 either.

Sure, food is slightly nicer but the point is to not be in 10 abreast Y?
Have a feeling most pax in CX PY already have CX lounge access (CX SL/OWS)? It's the seat/crowd control...

The 333 has been replaced with 77W J/PE/Y classes. PE not open for booking yet but I suppose that it will be.
Many other flights also updated yesterday. I have some TPE bookings that were updated from 333 (long haul) to 333 (regional) and others updated from 333 (long haul) to 773.

Is BLR elite heavy? Have a trip BLR to HKG and due to company restrictions, ticketed into EY.
Wanted to see if there is a chance operational upgrade will happen to PEY since UpgradeBid does not apply to India sectors.

SIN seems to be back to ..all 359s..time to hit the phone.
As an aside, CX ops must be under a lot of stress- given how late they’re changing the summer fleet plan.
