Manage booking - error "E20000001"
I am having problems retrieving my bookings these couple of days, with the following error. It's only about the "booking summary" page, both on the web and with the app, same error (I can still retrieve individual bookings using the booking reference). any idea why? I tried googling this "E20000001", and there's quite some CX links/pics coming up so it seems someone else has encountered this too, but I looked through those and couldn't really find a solution...would appreciate any thoughts !! I tried calling CX MPO too but they don't have a clue either...

An unknown system error occurred. Please try again later. [E20000001]
(for those who're interested in more details - this seems to come up after I called to add my MPO number to one booking yesterday. I called earlier today to ask them to take the MPO number off that booking. first they said they actually couldn't see that booking using my MPO number, and then I gave them the booking PNR and they found it and said my number is in, so it's strange they couldn't see it using my MPO number. then they actually had problem taking off the MPO number from that booking - finally they need to do it some other "manual ways" as they described it. so is there some "data corruption" with that booking that leads to me not being able to see the summary page of all my bookings?)

Same here
I have the same problem too. I have booked my tickets from Trip.com and I have just enquired about it with the CTrip agent. Well, they told me the ticket was totally fine on the website of CP. I have no idea about why my tickets were valid about 5days before but invalid now. Maybe this is an technological problem of the website of CP? Hope it would but solved asap because I'm about to have my exams and have no free to check all the news about it.

thanks Conny. yes, as I said, "I can still retrieve individual bookings using the booking reference"...so the situation is consistent, problem with the booking summary but individual bookings can still be retrieved, but just a hassle having to dig out the PNR reference for each of the bookings...
