Cannot change ticket online

Cannot change ticket online
Hi all,
I am trying to change a ticket I booked via cx.com. On Manage booking, I click on Change flight(s). Briefly, it appears to load correctly ("We're finding flights for your trip to..."), but then terminates with a blank screen and this URL:
https://www.cathaypacific.com/ibe/#/uiError
Has anyone come across this issue, and any tips on how this is fixed? I called the reservations line twice. The first time, they said it was a browser issue, the second one said to try after a few days (been seeing it for 9 days now).

Hi Wp..
i have this error too and they quoted some possibilties and a couple of solutions that do not work.
For my case however, the tocket is changable online after flying the first sector.. suggest you call them if you are in a hurry..

Is your ticket a straight out and back? IE, XXX/YYY/XXX or are you doing an open jaw? ie XXX/YYY-ZZZ/XXX? I have an open jaw and when I try to look at changing options online it says I must call in because of the type of ticket.
I've also had cases where my ticket was changeable multiple times, but when I tried to do so online it failed and I had to call and get them to do it. They didn't get it at first, but patiently listened to me explain it several time and after a few chats to the supervisor they were able to make the changes I needed.

Yeah, just a standard A-B-C-B-A. I spoke to another agent todayand she said shell send a case to their IT department. Fortunately not traveling till July. Ill share back what comes out of it.
