Online check-in code share LX
I have a flight GVA-ZRH on LX and then on to HKG with CX, but I can't see to check-in online neither on the CX website nor on the LX website.
Is it because I am traveling to a country outside Schengen? Or do I have to wait 24-hrs before the LX flight?
Could it be a system glitch? I even received an email from LX inviting me to check-in online and even print my luggage tags.

BTW - I flew on LX from Venice to Zurich to connect with CX - ticket issued by CX but they would not issue the Venice Zurich segment as a CX codeshare, just as the LX flight (though fare basis was CX).
Then they refused to credit Marco Polo points or Asia Miles.

Then you just have to check-in in person with LX. You can try giving LX a call, but I think the chance they will be able to sort this out on the phone is very slim.

You should be able to get AM if booked in L class or above on the LX flight. See "Important notes" under https://www.asiamiles.com/en/earn-mi...onal-air-lines
I had actually tried to buy the CX codeshare and the CX sales office quoted on the CX codeshare - but when they reissued the ticket they issued the Swiss International - Like you could possibly know the metal that day would be Swiss Global (not that you could tell inflight either)
More than 5 emails - they just refused both MarcoPolo points (requested based on the quote of a CX codeshare) and the Asia Miles because of the metal being
Their last response
Our airline partners have different terms and conditions to determine
which of their flights are eligible for the accrual of Asia Miles. For
Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS), Asia Miles can be earned in
eligible classes on routes between Zurich and Berlin, Brussels,
Florence, Geneva, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Venice on flight marketed and
operated by SWISS.
Having checked, the flight was marketed by Swiss International Air Lines but operated by Swiss Global
Airlines, it was not eligible for the accrual of Asia Miles.

I tried and tried - I flew business class on "D" Their reason was that according to them the metal used on that date was SWISS Global even though it was marketed as Swiss International

Thanks for the feedback. That was very lame on CX's part, as I believe Swiss Global is otherwise indistinguishable from SWISS International Air Lines. Why was the ticket re-issued from CX*/LX to LX. If it was because of IRROPS, I think you can claim original routing credit.
No IRROPS, just operated by Swiss Global. It was a short flight, so not that many miles, I wanted the 15 MP points that their calculator shows you would earn in a D fare if they would have issued the ticket as I requested on the CX codeshare. At the end of the renewal period I ended not needing the 15 points so I stopped writing to them.
