Arrived yesterday (19th). First commercial flight presumably coming presumably not too long from now.

A350-100 Exit Rows

I have selected seat 31K for myself on the Qatar Airways A350-1000. My 14 year old daughter has seat 31J. Is 31J considered an exit row seat with the requirement to be at least 18 years old? Thanks.

I think you are on the wrong thread as this is for Cathay Pacific.

I don't see any discussion about the -1000 Y headrests, but it seems to me like a major downgrade from the -900 ones! Weren't those headrests that flipped to the side perfect?

I was watching youtube videos of the cabin and noticed that only ~4 of the seats have 2 fully aligned windows on them (was trying to make it out from angled shots):

2 Full windows rows: 12, 17, 22, 23
Rows with 1 window: 15, 19 (1.5?), 20

Wonder if anyone has experience yet to confirm?

According to this blog (which is a more reliable one): https://www.ausbt.com.au/the-best-bu...rbus-a350-1000

Rows 12, 17, 18, 22 and 23 have 2 full windows.

I flew CX 716 in J yesterday (SIN to HKG) and it was a great experience partly because it was a spanking-new A350-1000. Does anyone have the updated list of routes with the A350-1000? I think the ones in this thread are quite outdated.

Thank you!

Very late to the party on this one, but after such a long time not flying I was looking at plane porn and finally noticed this. I loved the -900 headrests. So simple yet so comfortable. I'd be really keen to hear from people that have flown the -1000 to see if they are as comfortable as the PR suggests, or just another "enhancement" to save costs.
