Seat Reservations
Ok...
After I told travel agent to reserve my seat for me, Is it possible for me to ask a ground staff in the check-in at the airport to change my seat again?
Shall I have to go to check-in earlier to grap the third row of Economy?

You may ask your travel agent to change your seats again, or you may call Cathay Pacific directly to do so... anytime prior to your departure.
Alternatively you may ask the check-in agent to try any seat you wish which may be blocked at time of booking.. ie emergency exits etc.
If the flight isn't full, you may even get a full row all to yourself.

1)Join Asiamiles
2)Contact Travel agent to input your FFP# into reservation
3)48 hours prior to departure, use "online checkin"
4)Use "select seat/change seat" and choose your favorite
