You may ask your travel agent to change your seats again, or you may call Cathay Pacific directly to do so... anytime prior to your departure.

Alternatively you may ask the check-in agent to try any seat you wish which may be blocked at time of booking.. ie emergency exits etc.

If the flight isn't full, you may even get a full row all to yourself.
