I made the following HKE bill payment thru Alipay last night:
And the SMS confirmation I got was identical to Alipay P2P, which I definitely know is $4/AM (up to last week, I just got my statement)
$100 is Alipay P2P and $454 is my HKE bill)
I called CS. The best answer I got was the merchant was "Alipay Hong Kong" in both cases (good). The former was "online", and the latter was "Customer Services". Even that CS was not quite able to state or deny whether the latter was online
I'll wait til the transaction posts to confirm.

Does anyone know if Citi has changed terms for earning points on Citi PremierMiles card? I have been paying my Towngas bill via this card on auto-pay. So I should be earning $8=1. But this month, I don't seem to receive any points from that auto-pay transaction. I have checked the terms on the Citi website and there does not seem to be any changes.

As I recall Citibank statements are odd in that the dates for transactions crediting are different from the dates for the associated points crediting, so the points earned on a statement often don't match the transactions listed on it.

Thanks percy smith and christep. Chirstep, you are right! The points now credited. Jumping to conclusion too early. Thought Citi would be another bank changing the terms in the new year. Points crediting is slower than the actual transaction for 2 days in my current situation.
