NRT Ground Transport
Greetings FFs!!
I am leaving for Tokyo tomorrow evening from HKG and I am bestowed with an arrival time of 2125. Could someone advise me on the best way to get to the Westin Tokyo at such a time? I understand that the Airport Limousine Bus actually takes me straight to the Westin but do they run this late?
Thank you.

Avoid the JR system because you will never find your way. Avoid Taxi because it will end up costing more than your hotel stay.
go with Limosine bus. At that time of the night, traffic jam shouldn't be that bad either. I don't think it's closed yet, but the frequency might be low.

The last bus to the Westin leaves at 21:40 from Terminal 1, where CX arrives.

If you miss this one, you can take another bus to Tokyo City Air Terminal or another hotel in central Tokyo (Shinjuku/Akasaka/Ginza/Kudan, but not Ikebukuro, a bit far). Then take a taxi from there. You can also take subway or train but if you are not familiar and with luggage, I would not recommend it.
You also have train options from Narita.
This last CX flight of the day from HKG can be a mess when it arrives late. Narita airport is so inconveniently located.

There are now also shared minibus rides. I haven't used them, though.
One of them:

4,500 yen to Shibuya area, where the Westin is.

Shared-bus ride?? Interesting!! Thank you very much for all your replies. I know I can always rely on this board to give me life-saving advises; in this case, saving a couple of hundred bucks on the taxi ride. I have decided to use a bus down to Shinjuku Station or Shinjuku area hotels and then take a cab to the Westin.
Thanks guyz!!
