Waitlist AM Award
First time booking an AM award that has no availability except for waitlist for my mom.
Will CX notify be by email when the waitlist clears or what is the communication method used?
Also, since I did not make the payment for taxes and fees yet, will they debit my card automatically or will I need to manually submit payment once it clears? I don't want any delay as I need it to be ticketed and confirmed.
Will calling CX help them release an additional seat?

Last time when my waitlist cleared (which came as a surprise by the way...) I got an email and a text as well.
I had to call in to settle the payment and issue the ticket.
