If your fare basis is Y, Y2 or YX2 then yes it is possible for 25000 miles. See:

otherwise, no. If it is in YBHKLMS sub-classes then you could upgrade using 60000 AsiaMiles, which isn't as bad value as it looks since a full fare upgradeable on AA miles will cost around US$2500 whereas you can get fares upgradeable for AsiaMiles from about US$800.
