Hi everyone. Thanks for bringing this thread to our attention Jon. ITN offers several options for what types of flights you make available when the search is returned. We have always opted to list the lowest available regardless of what commission is available on the itinerary.

As a total aside another company that we are affiliated with called AirTreks has some excellent business and first class fares, which for the routes you are looking at may be even more preferable. Looking over this thread here are some of the fares:

1) LAX, SFO, or SEA to BKK, SIN, CGK, or KUL $2399 in J.

2) NYC, BOS, or MIA to BKK, SIN, CGK, or KUL $2799 in J.

3) LAX or SFO to NRT $2199 in J, $3999 in F.

Full details of all their specials at: http://airtreks.com/1-800-350-0612/A...nessClass.html

Of course if you decide to book through them we would greatly appreciate if you ask them to credit FLYAOW with the commission if you find our service useful.

Thanks for asking!

Cheers!

Very, very interesting. Thanks for replying. Can I assume those fares you quote above are not on CX? Just guessing here...

In any case, I hope some people do take advantage of the low CX fares on flyaow, your site is a great tool for us here on FT and you deserve to get some income from it!

Hi again. Those fares from Airtreks vary the airline depending on where you are going and when. They constantly are negotiating cut rate J and F deals.

I appreciate your idea of having Flyertalk members book their CX over our link at http://flyaow.com/class.htm for the ITN system. Unfortunately ITN no longer pays commissions to us. I just left up that tool because I know flyertalk members like to use it.

We do get commissions if you purchase through Airtreks (and make sure they know it is from FLYAOW), and through our new booking engine from Onetravel (http://flyaow.com/oneair.htm). That engine right now is fairly basic but has some cut-rate negotiated coach airfares on certain thick markets.

The good news is that I am working closely with Onetravel to add a ton of new functionality to their engine to make it an even better tool eventually for flyertalk members. Exciting things to come soon in addition to their cut-rate coach fares!

(Anyone with a dream list of features please feel free to pass them on so I can forward them to onetravel as well for consideration of inclusion. They are really open to creating a top notch booking engine for the frequent flyer.)

Cheers!

Do the flyaow fares earn AA miles? Booked in J class, not a discounted business fare class?

They definitely seem to be booked in J class. My feeling is that it's the exact same fare basis that CXLeverage gives you-- exact same fare and, I believe, same rules.

It's just the fare you'd get elsewhere minus a 30% commission, it seems. Minus any CX book on-line bonuses also, obviously.
