Anyone tried Cxleverage.ca?

Looking at signing up for Cxleverage.ca.

Has anyone tried using this program? What sort of discounts would I expect for flights from YVR or YYZ to TPE and HKG? Or am I better off dealing with the discounted fares usually available in TPE.

Many thanks for your input!

I use CXLeverage.com, and have had great success getting very good J class fares from SEA. (~$2800 RT) Also, the people at CXLeverage are very responsive.

Does CXLeverage.com also offer discount P fares as well as J?

I just used CXLeverage.com to buy a J-class r/t SFO-TPE for $2150ish. That's a pretty nice discount, IMHO.

Can one get the same cheap flights to BKK from the West Coast? I'm currently paying around USD 2,100 for RT J fares (purchased in BKK). If I could do a similar fare from here, it would make my life a lot simpler!!

I think BKK runs about $2500 on CXLeverage.

Does anyone have info about fares to JNB from North America using this service?

Does anyone have any Biz class fare information from YVR to TPE / HKG or SEL? using Cxleverage?

Argonaut, you'll probably have more success getting information here if you mention the desired class of service.

(I used cxleverage.com -- not .ca -- to get a r/t quote to TPE in Business for you. It came to US$3211.40. But that's not a special CXLeverage fare, according to the system. I think perhaps the cxleverage.com fares require origination in a US city, so I tried originating in SEA which yielded a fare of US$2153.90. Presumably cxleverage.ca could help you get a better fare, but I don't have access to its discounts -- have no cxleverage.ca account.)

Let me just say, incidentally, that I love cxleverage. The discounted Business fares it offers have totally changed the way I think about travel to southeast Asia -- suddenly, it's cheap enough that I think I can considerably more readily get various clients to spring for this. Combining the reasonable fares with CX New Business (available most of the time on at least the SFO routes, it seems), this is a big winner in my book.

Thank you CX!

But don't you have to own a "Small Business" in order to qualify for CXleverage fares?

Yes. Someone check me out on this; using http://flyaow.com/classavailability.htm I think one gets the same 30% off as CXLeverage.com fares-- whearas using itn.net one doesn't.

Am I nuts, or is that the case (or both.)

I couldn't get ITN to offer a CX routing for SEA-TPE (see prior post above). But it offered $3794 for JFK-BKK-JFK in J, precisely the same as the fare CXleverage quotes me on that route.

A great find! Might flyaow offer special deals for some other airlines too? (How can we find out which?)

Yes.

(Fortunately for me, I do.)

Looks like flyaow.com may solve this problem, though. Thank JonNYC, not me, obviously.

I don't think so-- based on a long time usage of flyaow (as a CO flyer.) When I've used it, it's always come up with the exact same fare that itn.net would come up with. Plus, I don't think most airlines have the same commission to TA's that CX does.

I'm really confused as to why flyaow.com is the only website I've seen that gives that same 30% off that CXLeverage.com does. Of course you wouldn't get the 40K "guarantee" so I'd still use CXLeverage if I had the choice.

Keep in mind, I've never gone so far as to purchase one of these fares on flyaow, but I assume one could.

I'm gonna' contact flyaow and ask them to comment.
