When does CX issue award ticket?
I made a reservation for an award flight in august and had already faxed in my authorization form. When does CX actually issue the ticket? is it 2 weeks before departure?

My past experience has been that they process it right away. So from the time they receive the authorization you should have the ticket in no more than one week.

I suggest calling them to check. Half the time CX loses the fax and claim you never sent it in the first place.
I had to fax and refax my award request about 3 times and apparently each time they claim they never received it!
