I got an automated email from cx to do that very survey but it didn't mention anything about 500 asiamiles. Cathay is playing head games again. Probably got me surveyed for no charge.

i think as long as you put in your asia miles number and finish the survey, you'll get the 500 miles...
and, i just got another e-mail from MPO telling me about the survey...and they did mention the 500 miles in this e-mail...

Why in heaven's name do they need a survey to ask whether frequent business travellers need access to online internet connected computers in the lounges ? How about a few more to add to the survey
Would you like to have in all the lounges:
- online desktop computers with permament internet connection
- a plain paper fax machine for local calls
- a plain paper copier
- desk level power source with adapters for personal computers (so you don't have to grovel on the floor looking for the socket)
- desk level RJ11 telephone socket with clean line - minimum 56k access line - not thru a major PABX system
- desktop computers with Word / Excel / Laser printer
- consistency in One World Elite tier mileage qualification levels
(or is it still One World, 2 or more systems ?)
