No experience but if they allow for Gold don't see why Silver should be any different as they are both intermediate tiers.

Just done my "early" reset, calling in the morning on the first day of my last months membership year. Got reset at 1205 club points without losing a day of membership.

Since MPC is flexible about crediting miles later and early reset, why not just introduce club points roll over system for any cp unused, I would have travelled a bit more if they've got this in place.

I couldn't agree more!

I hit 1,600 CP on 28.Jan, and then a few days later, my membership year reset.

I am now busy filling out the retroactive claims for 700+ CP which I flew during the previous few months, and for which I withheld credit to my MPC account until this new membership year.

My GO membership ends up this month and so far the club points are enough for GO next year. So I just called MPC( dated Feb 4) to renew my membership a bit eariler. The agent checked a while and said" We can do this for you for sure. We also notice you have a confirmed CX flight dated on Feb 6. Thus we will do it as soon as possible today or tomorrow."

Haha, MPC knew exactly my intention that I hope to credit my FEb 6 flight point into my next GO membership !!!!

FYI, just in few hours, my club point now is zero and my new GO membership goes until FEB/2018. I think it saves my time to remove my CX number on my flight dated on FEb 6, and then recredit it in March.
