Just keeping the existing thread going....
Impossible to log into my account on the website. Next up, checking flight status, the page seems to have a load of garbage cluttering it up - hard to describe, but they seem to be inserting a comment about my time zone (I am in Paris right now) after every time indicated on the page.
As for the app, I have actually forgotten it exists, since for a while now whenever I try to open it I am greeted with the photo of the wing and the sunrise....and that's it.
So I have basically given up even trying to use it.
I can't believe that CX are unaware of how horrible their offering is, but nothing seems to improve. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......................... ....
