Just noticed this. Hope CX didn't actually spend money on it cos I find the old tix much easier to read:

It was changed already when I issue my ticket in early Dec. At first, I share the same view as you; however, I do think that this layout would be more 'layman' for most of the pax. the old one is more easy for us who have well-understand the terms and layout already.

I think it is a good improvement. A lot easier to read，and the alignment is better.

One minor complaint is the small font (not sure if it is due to my browser / gmail setting)
