Well, for two bookings in a row the CX website is not letting me using the miles upgrade option. Always with this message "You are not on your redemption list"
I am using my own miles to upgrade MY ticket, how can I not be on my own redemption list?
In the end had to call MPC hotline both times to book the upgrade.
