MPC email response time?

MPC email response time?

Wrote an email to MPC a week ago about missing credit for a CX codeshare (L class) on AA. Received the automated response upon sending the email but never heard back since then......

Try calling them; I think it works better. Otherwise may take a week I think, but sometimes gets lost in the shuffle, hence prefer the calling.

I found back two emails originally sent from the website after logging in my account.

Sent 15 Nov (link my parents and I booking)
Received reply on 17 Nov

Sent 3 Feb (JL seat assignment on AM award)
Received reply on 6 Feb

Found it adequately fast just as a lowly Silver. My requests were pretty straight forward so I guess they could do at once. Missing miles may take longer to retrieve info from AA. Hope you have kept the boarding passes.

Last time for missing miles on AA, I just followed the instructions on AM website:

Please send (1) a completed missing mileage request form, (2) e-ticket itinerary receipts and (3) boarding passes (scanned pdf, or copies) via:

Email: [email protected]; OR
Fax: (+852) 2312 0883; OR
Mail: Asia Miles, PO Box 1024, Tsuen Wan Post Office, Hong Kong
Did you provide this to them? If so, they might be processing already and just have to be patient. I don't remember exactly but it has taken me few weeks for those missing AA flight miles.

Yes. Provided them the above information. I know getting the miles credited might take a while but I was expecting some sort of response saying a staff has looked at the email and they will look into it.
