Update redeemption nominee group error problem?

Update redeemption nominee group error problem?

Hi, did any of you also have the same problem? Because i've been trying to update my redeemption group nominee to book hotel for my family but the update redemption nominee page under maintenance?

Yes, I've had the same issue with not being able to change the redemption group due to system maintenance.

I am also having the same problem on the Asia miles web site not being able to update the redemption group due to system maintenance. Can anyone post the last time and they were able to update the redemption group on the Asia miles web site?

No you can't. Came as a rude shock to me as I was working on a redemption on 31 March, trying to avoid April YQ rises. Must be done over the phone, and won't take effect until 24 hrs:

Suspension of online service

We are currently upgrading our system, and the online service for changing redemption group members is temporarily suspended during this transition. If you need further assistance, please contact the worldwide toll-free Marco Polo Club Service Line on +800 2747 5500 or email us using your registered email with The Marco Polo Club.

During this period, a service fee at USD90 will be charged for every change or deletion of existing redemption group members, regardless of how many changes take place.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

SCB and Citi: Apparently SCB and Citi --> AM have to be done over the phone now

So better call now to remove ALL people in my redemption group so it only costs me US$90 to delete 5 people instead of US$90 each?

You are a DM. A DM is, at least was, allowed to change the redemption group list (any # of people) once a year free of charge.

AM did an update between either 22-23 April or 26-27 April http://www.hongkongcard.com/forum/fo...&p=1#4, but the following still appears:
