Update redeemption nominee group error problem?
Hi, did any of you also have the same problem? Because i've been trying to update my redeemption group nominee to book hotel for my family but the update redemption nominee page under maintenance?

Yes, I've had the same issue with not being able to change the redemption group due to system maintenance.

I am also having the same problem on the Asia miles web site not being able to update the redemption group due to system maintenance. Can anyone post the last time and they were able to update the redemption group on the Asia miles web site?

No you can't. Came as a rude shock to me as I was working on a redemption on 31 March, trying to avoid April YQ rises. Must be done over the phone, and won't take effect until 24 hrs:

AM did an update between either 22-23 April or 26-27 April http://www.hongkongcard.com/forum/fo...&p=1#4, but the following still appears:
