Reset Diamond Tier in error
I just logged in to MPO and saw they had reset my tier to a new diamond year. All OK except my year had 11 months to run and the 19000 i have flown in August have now gone!
so it was reset on July 31 and then again on Aug 29.
anyone else seen this?
(Obviously i am contacting them…..)
edit - I have been in touch and this is a system glitch (not sure how widespread) there doesn't appear to be a simple fix (such as just reaccrediting). still unresolved…..
they did offer just to keep a record of the missing and deal with it at the end of the year. I asked that it was fixed now instead

To let you all know. This has been resolved today. I got an email from Marco Polo (looked like a mass email so this must have hit others). and today i saw the club miles deposited (under Goodwill Gesture).
One benefit is that i get an extra month of diamond membership out of it..
