What if I build it online leg per leg and then call up to get it ticketed once all clear?

Won't be the same PNR - AM call cantre can only redeem it as two redemptions.

So I assume if I want to create a multi leg journey I'd have to call up, wait list and would need the 70% of miles required? As my miles are in amex atm.
