which server(s) are they using? there's a major internet server attack hosted by pro-chinese apologists in hk these days. perhaps thats why.
(They're probably itching to tell us how the server was wrongly set too. We just have to ask) |
Grrr...I tried clearing my redemption list today. Entries made OK, card successfully entered, VbV correctly keyed in and acknowledged by bank, then return to cathaypacific.com for this:
"Due to internal system error, you are unable to proceed further. Please close the current browser and try again." And the list *has not* been updated. Fire up another browser, repeat, OK. But bank has confirmed double authorisation, so I'm going to have to keep an eye on my bank statement to see if CX posted first charge. |

In the last two days, I found every time I have to run a new redemption search, I have to log out and log into another account.

Problems with CX website today
I could OLCI my travel companion but it was slow slow slow! Then I could not even log-in my MPC. It's CX setting up the function for bidding up-grade?
If yes, even more damaging to MPC members from it! |
site is super slow and i get an error stating that the page doesn't exist anymore when trying to book a flight :td::td:
|
Everytime I try to log in to my Marco Polo account it kept on loading endlessly. Also kept on giving me this error message
" The page you were trying to reach has been archived or removed." when I tried to book reward tickets. |
Arghhh! Same here - couldn't login to MMB (needed to refresh like 3 times on average), took forever to load the page for redemption booking and after inputting the city/date the 'Error' page then appeared!
Does the CX management honestly know how sh*t the website is? And then they came up with this brilliant idea of introducing the 'Enhance' upgrade bidding system - it's ridiculous! |
Been trying to check award availability (on the transpacific routes) for the past week and the site keeps timing out.
When I check the BA site, it doesn't show any J class availability. Trying to figure out if there is no availability or if the site is just messed up. Anyone have more success searching in past few days or any suggestions besides calling MPC? Thanks |
AM/CX issues
Newbie...For the past fews days, I have been looking for flights from HKG-ORD using AM but recently it just sits there. No error message just a constant never-ending loading icon. I even changed my location to Hong Kong English. Anyone else having issues?

Yes - it's just hanging for me too when I try to find redemption availability.
EDIT - actually it works fine (at least as far as showing availability) if I specify "Specific dates", it's "Flexible dates" that's causing the hang for me. |
