crimson12, yes- that will work.Any CX ticketing office/ check-in counter should be able to 'verify' the card and remove the flag from your sister's booking.

I've done the same at a checkin desk in SIN, for a ticket with the first segment departing DEL.

Cool, thanks. I take it she doesn't have to be there?

Is there a comprehensive list of where CX has a ticketing office?

Wow, thanks, brilliant suggestion. I never did open the website because I booked the ticket online with CX using magic.

https://www.cathaypacific.com/cx/en_...etails.US.html does not specify any "ticketing offices" (which often exist in major cities outside of airports). My question was about ticketing offices, not airport locations.

Thanks though. You must be some sort of genius.

And precisely, that exact webpage tells you the answer you need.
There is no 'ticketing office' located in US. Closest one is YVR.
You'll have to head to your nearest airport's check in counter to do this.
If you look at other countries, ie. HK, China, Australia, France, they will list out their respective office if it exist in that country.

But of course, since you know magic...I'm sure you have other ways
