Anyone have problem access their online redeem booking page?
I tried Chrome, FF, IE. All gave me error.
My friend called me this morning, and said she got same error too

The website was probably down due to number of people logging on for info, updates and rebooking due to the recent typhoon in HK.
It is working fine as of now. And I'm using Chrome.
