Anyone have problem access their online redeem booking page?

The website was probably down due to number of people logging on for info, updates and rebooking due to the recent typhoon in HK.
It is working fine as of now. And I'm using Chrome. |
It wasn't working like two days ago, but it was working fine a few hours ago. Now its not working again. Wow.
