CX MMB Access - Question?
Hi,
I have managed to get my CX booking reference numbers from a very helpful telephone agent today as they seem to have disappeared from Check My Trip and was on the CX website looking at the booking.
Parts of my booking information will not display unless I enter an e-ticket number from CX stock, starting 160-, however they are issued on BA stock, starting 125-... Is there any way of getting past this part?
I have to say, I was very impressed with the service from the agent on the telephone. I called the UK number, but not sure where I spoke to someone, the lady had an accent that made me thing it may have been in HK, but may be completely wrong. Without prompting or asking, she advised me that my seat requests were noted, and then gave me a date that I would be able to access the seating charts to make sure I had the seat I wanted. She also asked if I had any other questions or if I needed to amend the booking or add any notes or requests. Thoroughly nice and helpful lady.
Thanks for any help you can offer.

While I do not have information regarding the e-ticket number, you won't be able to access anything on the CX website until after their upgrade, so you should be fine on the 13th, Hong Kong time. You could call again to see if they can help you out, or wait till "My Booking" becomes accessible again.

Thanks CX HK... It lets me see some of it as it is, but will see what it lets me see after the systems update.
