I have received an invitation in Japan.
I will be there. Unfortunately, I have to leave Hong Kong by a late night flight CX524 which departs on 1:05AM.

Got an invite as well..
I was at the last launch event at Shatin Jockey Club when they did the current seats.. That was pretty big already with tons of people.. but I hear this one will be even bigger...

Invitations were also sent to North American members. I received it on 20 November - way passed the response deadline of 2 November. It was probably sent via surface mail as usual. (It seems that MPC only sends items to me on surface mail. The only exception was my first DM membership package, which was sent via DHL.)

After my RSVP, I got a call from MPO confirming my attendance. I have yet to receive the package.
BTW, anyone care to speculate what is in the invitation package? My first guess would be name tags or badges w/build in RFID, boarding passes as admission tickets.
