OneWorld lounge access
Can a MPO GO (OW Sapphire) member flying on CX or KA from HK get access to any other OW member lounges in CLK airport?
Likewise if he is flying on an OW member airline from HK, can he get access to one of the CX lounges?

Yes! I have been to the Wing when flying BA and also have been to the BA/QF lounge when flying CX. Sometimes the lounge attendant will first direct you to the lounge operated by the carrier you are flying with, but after explaination (entitled for being sapphire) they will let you in, at least from my past experiences.
