Yes! I have been to the Wing when flying BA and also have been to the BA/QF lounge when flying CX. Sometimes the lounge attendant will first direct you to the lounge operated by the carrier you are flying with, but after explaination (entitled for being sapphire) they will let you in, at least from my past experiences.
