Bonus Miles
Flying JFK-HKG on Y next week. In my booking record, today it shows double bonus miles. It wasn't there before and I don't recall I registered for any promotion for such. Am I lucky or what?

When click on the bonus mile question mark and the link on the bonus mile, I see a popup saying my status (I.e. GR) and a promotion code C373

Let's see if it display a valid link later or something related with their IT system upgrade (they said they are taking off the site before?)
Note that there's no bonus miles displayed if you are not logged in to use the online booking interface

I loaded my Oct. trip and it shows double miles under the tag Asian Miles. Since CX website seems to be having issues lately I don't know if this is another error on their part or is my October trip going to be rewarded double miles. I sure hope it's the latter...

No double miles for HKG-ICN-HKG on 31 Aug, return 3 Sep. But double miles for all subsequent sectors booked:- HKG-YVR-HKG (departing 8 Sep), HKG-SIN-HKG in Sep, HKG-YVR-LAX-HKG in Nov.
The Asian sectors are all booked in economy as well, so doesn't seem to be restricted to business class.

Bizarre For my recent (this week) and upcoming (next 6 weeks) flights:
HKG-SIN-HKG (Y) - no bonus miles
HKG-PEK-HKG (J) - no bonus miles
HKG-BKK-HKG (J) - 100% bonus miles
HKG-AMS-HKG (J) - no bonus miles
HKG-JFK-HKG (J) - no bonus miles
HKG-SIN-HKG (Y) - no bonus miles

According to my itinerary on the web, I also seem to obtain the bonus miles for 2 legs on HKG-SIN round trip at the end of September. Lucky! However, the bonus miles are not applied for 2 legs of JAPAN-HKG at the same itinerary.

Noticed the double miles in my booking as well, Oct 19 CEB-HKG-YVR-HKG-CEB and Nov 6 CEB-HKG-DXB-HKG-CEB. Is this for real???
