Bonus miles disappeared
On Sunday, the double miles were showing on my next flight, A Class, HKG-LAX on 4 Sep. I just checked again today (30 Aug) and the double miles are not showing in my account.
It looks like the double miles bonus was simply a cruel joke. Have everyone else's double miles also disappeared from their bookings?

Is this related to the Amex promotion? If you registered your CX Amex card with Amex, you would get double asia miles for flights from 1 September til...sometime in October as long as you bought the tickets on your Amex card. No need to use a particular agent or book online.

I have seen double mileage for my upcoming HKG-JFK flight under "Manage My Bookings" page last night. However, when I logged into the same page again today, the double mileage was gone. I believe CX might be experiencing some IT issues yesterday. Too bad that my double mileage is now gone!!!
